Cancellation Policy – Dr. Mihaela Clinic:
Dr. Mihaela Clinic requires 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel all appointments. For prepaid sessions, failure to cancel within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of that appointment, with a deduction of £50 from the prepaid amount. For unpaid service or consultation appointments, a charge of £50 will apply.
Your Journey at Dr. Mihaela Clinic:
Dr. Mihaela Clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional service and exceeding your expectations throughout your treatment journey. We recommend booking or rescheduling your treatments well in advance to accommodate your needs. While we strive to ensure consistency, we cannot guarantee the same specialist for each appointment or the exact desired time for individual appointments.
Policy on Purchased Sessions:
Various treatment sessions are available for purchase at Dr. Mihaela Clinic. These sessions are valid for six months from the date of purchase.
Session Expiration:
Please note that unused sessions will expire after six months. We advise scheduling and using all purchased sessions within this period to fully benefit from your treatments.
Extension of Validity Period:
In exceptional circumstances such as illness or emergencies, we may consider extending the validity of purchased sessions on a case-by-case basis. Clients should contact our customer service at least two weeks before the expiration date to inquire about a possible extension.
No Refunds:
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for unused sessions. Clients should consider their treatment needs and schedules carefully before purchasing sessions.
Communication of Policies:
Clients must familiarize themselves with and agree to these policies before purchasing any sessions. These policies are available on our website and in hard copy at our clinic. We reserve the right to modify these policies without prior notice.
Before and After Campaigns:
Dr. Mihaela Clinic seeks your consent to collect and process various forms of media for educational and promotional purposes. This includes sensitive data related to your medical diagnosis and treatment. Participation requires signing a legal consent form, granting us the right to use and disclose this material for promotional and informational purposes. By signing, you release Dr. Mihaela Clinic from any claims related to the use of this material.
Prepaid Treatment Packages:
Special discounted rates are available for prepaid treatment courses. Prices are based on pre-payment, and no price reduction is available for omitted areas. All laser hair removal treatments require advance bookings and payment, and photo ID may be requested.
Cosmetic Injections T&Cs:
Advance bookings with a deposit or credit card number are required for all cosmetic injection treatments. Clients must be medically fit for treatment, as determined during a consultation. Prices depend on the number of units and product used. Packages must be used in a single appointment and cannot be split. Additional payment is required if more units are needed than the maximum in the package, with no refunds for unused units.
